It is noteworthy that our School, formally known as International Safety Training Leaders (ISTL), finally changed its name to Brainstorm Primary School on 28/04/2014. The school, however, retains the same registration EMIS Certificates No 10426, center No 03126, and the same file reference AFI- NTR at the registrar of societies. In 2014 the State Ministry of Education Honorable Michael Lopuke Lotyeam is aware of the change of International Safety Training Leaders (ISTL) to Brainstorm Primary School (BPS). God has blessed us to build up Orphanages with 150 children.

This School was originally founded and registered by the Reverend John Duot Duong in 2011. The founding of this school God owned his heart to open doors for scholarship to the younger people and orphaned children within South Sudan. Reverend has sponsored 15 students in Uganda, and 49 students in Kenya and 68 students/pupils in South Sudan. The Reverend John Duot Duong was ordained in 2008 in Thika Kenya by Bishop Dr Mulandi,

Duong later officially took over leadership of being General Overseer of the Christian Church Intentional (CCI) on 5^th March 2014. Duong is currently Bishop for (CCI) Diocese of South Sudan.

Status: - ISTL Primary School was started in 2011 after Independent of South Sudan. It was started as an orphans Centre by Rev John Duot Duong and God bless him to have friends Joel Dicharry from USA to support his vision. Reverend has had sponsored 68 students outside the country.
